Are you an organised HR professional who enjoys supporting people and keeping processes running smoothly? We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join a collaborative team on a temporary contract during an exciting period of transition.
Location: Eastern Suburbs Contract: Temporary
In this role, you'll:

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HRIS (ELMO experience highly regarded)
- Respond to People & Culture enquiries with professionalism and care
- Assist with process documentation, handovers and continuous improvement initiatives
- Help ensure a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle

We're looking for someone with:





- Experience in a People & Culture or HR Coordinator/Administrator role
- Recruitment coordination experience
- Solid organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with ELMO or another HRIS (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, adaptable and service-focused approach
