ConsultANZ is looking for experienced Piling Rig Operators in NSW, QLD, and WA to join a leading piling contractor on delivering infrastructure and civil construction projects.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate piling rigs and support piling crews, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Main Duties:

- Operate piling rigs safely and efficiently on site.
- Perform self-performing CFA, bored, driven, and Secant wall piling operations.
- Assist in coordinating piling crews and work schedules.
- Monitor and maintain piling equipment and materials.
- Follow Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance procedures.
- Prepare accurate records, reports, and documentation related to piling activities.
- Provide support and technical guidance to the team as required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8+ years’ experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Piling Rig Operator on civil infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience operating Bauer, Casagrande, Soilmec, or similar piling rigs.




- Strong knowledge and experience in piling and ground improvement works.
- Proven experience with CFA, bored piling, driven piles, and Secant wall techniques.
- Solid understanding of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Ability to work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and to specification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
