About the Role:
- - Manage psychological and vocational rehabilitation for clients with psychological or psychosocial injuries.
- Act as the key contact, providing expert advice, counselling, and tailored support.
- Complete Vocational, Initial Needs, Workplace, and Psychosocial Assessments to inform rehab plans.
- Attend case conferences and collaborate with treating practitioners for holistic care.
- Liaise with employers, insurers, and allied health teams to coordinate return-to-work strategies.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive positive client outcomes.
- Track progress, update plans as needed, and support sustainable recovery and reintegration.

What you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling,
- Full AHPRA or ASORC registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
