With our client, you’ll use your skills as a Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to support people recovering from injury or psychological distress to safely return to work and life, managing a varied caseload with a practical, client-centred approach.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Help people across Sydney and NSW recover after injury or psychological injury and return to safe, sustainable work
- Manage a mixed Workers’ Compensation and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) caseload
- Complete vocational, initial needs and psychosocial assessments, as well as worksite assessments where required
- Develop practical, goal-focused return-to-work and rehabilitation plans that address psychological, vocational and environmental barriers
- Provide counselling, evidence-based interventions and wellbeing-focused support to promote resilience and recovery
- Maintain clear,
accurate case notes and progress reports in line with legislative and organisational requirements
- Work closely with employers, doctors, insurers and other allied health professionals to coordinate care and drive outcomes
- Build solid, supportive relationships with clients and workplaces across the Sydney and broader NSW community, advocating for safe and sustainable return-to-work solutions

What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology (fully registered or Provisional Psychologist)
or Rehabilitation Counselling
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, or eligibility for professional membership (e.g. ASORC/RCAA) for Rehabilitation Counsellors
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Ideally 2 years’ relevant industry experience
- Minimum 6 months Rehabilitation Consulting / Occupational Rehabilitation experience
- Strong communication skills, professional integrity and a client-centred, recovery-focused mindset
- A genuine passion for helping people get back to what they love, plus a good sense of humour and team spirit
