Our client is seeking an experienced physical rehab professional to play a pivotal role in their outcomes-focused services. Based in central Sydney with reach across NSW, you’ll use your musculoskeletal and workplace assessment expertise to influence programs, mentor peers, and help refine an innovative, evidence-based service model.

About the Role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to design personalised rehabilitation plans.
- Champion a range of evidence-based interventions, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy and cognitive retraining.
- Work collaboratively with clients, employers, treating doctors, insurers and other health professionals to achieve client-centred goals.
- Monitor progress, review and adjust plans as needed, and document all interactions and outcomes accurately and promptly.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of innovative rehabilitation programs.
- Participate in team and workplace meetings, case conferences and ongoing training and professional development.

What you will need:
- - Tertiary qualifications in Psychology OR Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Full AHPRA OR ASORC registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
