Tombo Den is seeking a talented sushi chef to join our team. Work with supportive and passionate chefs in an award-winning venue. You will be driven and genuinely passionate about cooking. The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

- Demonstrated experience as a Sushi Chef in a Japanese restaurant
- Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous
- Understanding of food safety standards




- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication, organisation and presentation
- Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays
