Join a supportive Allied Health team making a real difference in the lives of older adults. This community-based role offers a diverse caseload, flexible work arrangements, and the opportunity to help clients remain secure, independent, and thriving at home.

The Role
You'll provide holistic Occupational Therapy services across the community, working with aged care and disability clients in their homes to improve independence, mobility, and quality of life.

Your caseload will include:

- Functional & home safety assessments
- Falls prevention & risk management
- Assistive technology & equipment prescription
- Home modifications & environmental assessments
- Wheelchair & scooter assessments
- HCP, CHSP, HACC PYP & some NDIS clients

About You:

- AHPRA registered
- Experience in community, aged care, or disability settings preferred
- Knowledge of assistive technology, equipment prescription, and home modifications
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Current driver's licence
- Full Australian working rights
