- Caseload: Manage a varied, mixed-ages generalist caseload across speech, literacy, AAC, fluency, and swallowing
- New Graduate Support:
- Weekly 1:1 Supervision with a Senior SP (Clinical Lead) with 9+ Years Experience + in person support
- $1500 CPD Allowance & 2 Days Paid PD Leave
- Gradual increase of caseload over 6 months, depending on how you're going
- Fortnightly internal CPD; multidisciplinary & SP specific
- $250 resource budget to create your own therapy tools box.
- Structured Induction includes lots of workshadowing, learning proceses and systems and check in's with the clinical lead

- Multidisciplinary Team: Opportunity to join a new monthly MDT outreach program to rural FNQ communities (e.g. Mareeba, Cooktown)
- Allied Health Assistants: Whether it's resource making or running some sessions, Allied Health assistants are there for extra support
- Manageable Billable Expectations that encourage work/life balance. Build up to 25 Billables a week, with a bonus structure if you exceed your target.
