We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our larger renovation and restoration projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in supervision, project management and estimating, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

As the Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing renovation projects with an active portfolio of approximately 5–10 projects at any one time. You will coordinate trades, manage schedules and budgets, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee and supervise multiple projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Prepare and review scopes of work, quotations and estimates.
- Identify and resolve project issues proactively to minimise delays and cost impacts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.





About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Supervisor role within construction
- Trade Qualified
- QBCC Licence
- Estimating experience with the ability to accurately scope and price works.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial renovation projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction practices, building codes and workplace safety requirements.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
