We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate culinary professional looking to grow within a reputable hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in line with the venue’s menu and quality standards
- Assisting in menu planning, development, and seasonal updates
- Ensuring consistency, portion control, and presentation of all meals
- Monitoring food quality, taste, and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimising wastage
- Receiving and storing food items in accordance with food safety standards
- Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team during busy service periods
- Maintaining a clean, organised,



and compliant kitchen environment
- Assisting in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
- Ensuring compliance with WHS and food safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery
- Proven experience as a Chef in a busy pub, restaurant, or hotel environment
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement
