Education Advisor – New Business Team

Pay Rate: $52 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Education Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting families through their first steps with Kip McGrath. You will combine your teaching knowledge with strong communication and customer service skills to assess student needs, recommend appropriate learning programs and support families through the enrolment journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting high-quality educational assessments and providing clear, professional feedback to families.
- Understanding each student’s individual learning needs, strengths and areas for development.
- Recommending appropriate Kip McGrath programs and learning pathways.
Working towards conversion targets by clearly communicating the value of our personalised learning programs.
- Following up with prospective families and leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Building strong, positive relationships with parents, students and centre managers.
- Explaining Kip McGrath's teaching methodologies, programs and Terms & Conditions.
- Completing assessment and enrolment administration accurately, including learning objectives, goals and student information.




- Maintaining accurate records and using data to monitor and improve assessment and conversion outcomes.
- Working closely with our teaching team to ensure students receive a high-quality and consistent learning experience.
- Contributing to the growth and success of the centre through excellent customer service and proactive follow-up.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, you will be:

- A qualified teacher or in your final year of a teaching degree.
- Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals.
- Confident communicating with parents, students and colleagues.
- Warm, professional and engaging, with excellent customer service skills.
- Organised, reliable and highly attentive to detail.
- Confident using computers, software systems and databases.
- Comfortable working towards targets and contributing to business growth.
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new systems, processes and technologies.
- Positive, enthusiastic and proactive in your approach.
