Indi Creative is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping Australian businesses generate more leads, more customers and more revenue through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and high-converting websites.

We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

This is a heavily sales-focused role. You’ll be on the phones, speaking with business owners, generating opportunities, following up leads and booking meetings for our digital marketing services.

The Role

Your day-to-day will include:

- High-volume outbound cold calling to Australian businesses

- Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers

- Starting conversations around their current marketing and growth

- Qualifying potential clients

- Booking sales appointments

- Following up warm leads and previous prospects

- Managing leads and opportunities through our CRM

- Learning how to sell Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites and other digital marketing services

- Working closely with our senior sales team

- Consistently hitting daily and weekly sales KPIs

As you develop, there will be opportunities to progress into a full-cycle sales role, running your own meetings and closing your own deals.

Previous sales, appointment setting, telemarketing or cold-calling experience is highly regarded, but attitude and work ethic matter more to us than having the perfect resume.

Digital marketing experience is not required. We’ll teach you what you need to know.
