The Position:

- Leadership across multiple projects ensuring design integrity, delivery excellence, and commercial performance
- Lead and oversee major projects from concept through to completion
- Act as Superintendent’s Representative




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and repeat work pipelines
- Mentor and develop team members
- Contribute to business development, strategic planning, and leadership
- Support Directors in shaping practice standards, systems, and future direction

What You’ll Bring:

- Registered Architect in Western Australia
- Ideally 10-15+ years experience
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability, however Senior Architects with strong capabilities are also encouraged to apply
- Commercial awareness with commitment to quality outcomes
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
