About the role

As a Jac + Jack Store Stylist, you will support in driving sales by providing excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

- Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, providing product education, styling and wardrobing advice
- Ensure product displayed in store is in line with the company's visual merchandising standards as set out in line with Jac + Jack guidelines
- Ensure all new Jac + Jack customers are invited to join the database
- Respond to customer queries in a professional, polite and timely manner
- Effectively balance customer service with administrative duties
- Confident and proficient use of POS systems, ensuring accurate completion of all Jac + Jack transactions
- Understand weekly and monthly sales targets and business KPIs
- Provide anecdotal weekly trade feedback to management team




- Accurately follow all stock receiving procedures with new deliveries and ensure timely display of product

About you

- Retail sales experience is preferred
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Both week and weekend availability essential
- Proficiency with Apparel21 is a plus
