BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Care Service Employee- Lifestyle Officer for a permanent part time role at Bethshan Gardens Centre, Wyee, on the Central Coast. You will drive resident engagement in social, recreational and cultural activities, and support mental health and wellbeing programs that empower residents’ choices and independence.

The role requires running activity programs with sensitivity to residents’ spiritual and cultural preferences.
