Messenger Bio Pty Ltd in Australia seeks a hands-on Operations & Research Scientist to develop and optimise lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery systems and to improve mRNA expression and biodistribution. This lab-based role focuses on rapid iteration of formulation parameters for multiple applications.

You will design, formulate, and evaluate LNPs, work with in vitro and in vivo models, and document results. A PhD or Master’s in a related field and 3+ years’ experience with mRNA formulations are
