The Opportunity

You will play a key role in mentoring and empowering your team, cultivating a reflective and purposeful culture where educators feel valued and inspired.
As the face of the centre, your ability to build trusting relationships, lead with intention, and introduce meaningful practices will be essential.
We are seeking someone who is proactive,

The Ideal Applicant

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Centre Manager within a long day care setting. You will bring a strong understanding of early childhood frameworks alongside a genuine commitment to high-quality, child-focused education.

- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Passion for guiding both children and educators in a respectful, collaborative way
- Applicants must hold valid Australian working rights . Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
