UPA is seeking an experienced Relief Facility Manager to lead across NSW Residential Aged Care homes in a roving capacity. You will provide operational and clinical leadership during leaves, vacancies and change, ensuring consistency of care and service standards.

Join a not-for-profit across diverse communities, mentoring multidisciplinary teams and driving improvements in quality, safety and resident outcomes. Travel across NSW is a key part of the role.
