- Lead a unique regional destination of heritage, tourism and community significance
- Shape the next phase of growth for a progressive Council owned enterprise
- High impact executive leadership role based in Echuca, Victoria

Campaspe Port Enterprise is responsible for the management and development of the Port of Echuca, a unique precinct that brings together heritage assets, river-based tourism, commercial tenancies, public spaces and visitor experiences of regional significance.

The appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer comes at an important time for the organisation. With strong foundations in place and continued demand for authentic, experience-led regional tourism, the Port is well positioned to strengthen its role as a leading destination and economic driver for the Campaspe region.

Working closely with the Board, Campaspe Shire Council, government, industry and community partners, the CEO will set a clear strategic direction, strengthen commercial performance and support the continued maturation of the organisation. Key priorities will include growing visitation, improving revenue and asset yield, activating the precinct, building strategic partnerships and ensuring the responsible stewardship of the Port's heritage, maritime and physical assets.

This role requires a commercially astute and values led senior leader with the ability to operate effectively in a public accountability workplace. You will bring experience leading an organisation, precinct, attraction, enterprise or public-facing operation through growth, change or development. Experience across tourism, destination management, heritage, events, hospitality, leisure, local government, regional development or asset-based enterprises will be highly regarded.

A confident communicator and relationship builder, you will be comfortable working with boards, councils, government, industry and community stakeholders. You will also bring the leadership capability to build clarity, capability and performance across a small and diverse workforce.

This is a significant opportunity to lead a destination of genuine regional importance and contribute to the long term economic, cultural and community value of the Port of Echuca.
