Westgold Group is seeking a Senior People Advisor to join our site-based People team on an 8/6 FIFO roster. This hands-on generalist role partners with site leaders, delivering high-quality HR and ER/IR advice across the employee lifecycle in our mining setting.

You will report to the Superintendent People, work with senior stakeholders, support remuneration reviews, and help maintain workforce wellbeing and performance in a safety‑focused organisation.
