Metropolitan VIC hospital is seeking a Registrar/PHO in Occupational Medicine.

Responsibilities

Conduct straightforward medical assessments for candidates, 30‑minute consults. Shift times are with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch break.

Schedule & Rural Benefits

Shift times: 0920‑1745. Unpaid lunch: 1 hour. Hotels will be booked when working outside Melbourne. Travel compensation: 0.88c per km for all shifts and $50 per hour driving time (deducting 30ks each way from CBD).

Meal allowances:

- Breakfast $33.90 per day
- Lunch $38.10 per day
- Dinner $64.95 per day

Available blocks:

- July: 13th, 14th, 15th Otway; 20th Swifts Creek, 21st Bairnsdale, 22nd Bairnsdale; 27th Goulburn–Mansfield, 28th Ovens, 29th Upper Murray–Tallangatta, 30th Murrindindi–Alexandra; 27th Bendigo–Epsom, 28th Bendigo–Epsom

Compensation

$160.00 per hour.

Benefits

- $50 per hour travel time paid plus 0.88c per km for all shifts, 30ks outside of CBD
- Meal allowances and outstanding motel accommodation
- Online Training paid at $100 flat rate (3 hours)
