Downer Rail and Transit Systems is seeking a Technical Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate training at the Auburn Maintenance Centre. You will orient new staff to ensure they can perform overhauls, upgrades, testing and maintenance of fleets under Downer’s contractual obligations.

Candidates should have a relevant mechanical/electrical trade, teaching qualifications (TAE 40116) or willingness to achieve, and robust knowledge of MS Office and VET frameworks. Rail experience is highly valued.
