We are seeking an experienced IMS Test Engineer to join our technical support team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IMS node testing and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our IMS systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a deep understanding of IMS architecture and protocols.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive testing of IMS nodes to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to IMS systems.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IMS components.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on findings, including recommendations for improvements.
- Support the deployment and integration of IMS solutions in various environments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated with the latest IMS technologies and industry trends to enhance testing methodologies.




- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience in IMS node testing.
- Strong understanding of IMS architecture, protocols, and components.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with VoLTE and VoIP technologies.
- Familiarity with network performance monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certifications related to IMS or telecommunications.

Qualifications:

- 10 15 years of experience in technical support or testing roles, with a focus on IMS systems.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced setting.
