Uniting Berry is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical services in our Berry aged care service. You will develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans and supervise Personal Care Workers to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
You’ll liaise with medical and allied health professionals and families, advocate for residents’ quality of life, and contribute to a holistic, evidence-based care approach while maintaining compliance with AHPRA standards.
