IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Holiday Inn Potts Point, Sydney. You will qualify conference and event leads, tailor proposals, and conduct negotiations to convert opportunities while targeting current and existing clients to grow hotel revenue.

In collaboration with the Director of Sales, you will forecast demand, set pricing strategies, and maintain a robust pipeline. You will leverage Delphi, I- Know, and Sales Source systems and support client entertainment
