Cygnet Hospital Forestwood is recruiting a confident, compassionate Social Worker to join our CAMHS inpatient team in a full time role, averaging 40 hours per week. You will provide psychosocial assessment and discharge planning support for young people aged 13–18, working within a multidisciplinary team.

The post requires current Social Work England registration, with a focus on safeguarding and collaboration with external agencies to promote welfare and ensure legal rights are upheld.
