Amida Group on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator to join their growing team on a $200m+ high-rise residential project. You will manage full contract lifecycle, review head contracts and subcontracts, and coordinate with project teams on site.

The role requires tertiary qualifications in construction management or similar, 5+ years in a similar position, solid negotiation and stakeholder skills, and local market knowledge of 20+ storey
