Cafs is seeking an Advanced Practitioner - Youth Case Management & Better Futures to lead and strengthen practice across Youth Services programs in Ballarat, VIC. You will mentor Youth Case Managers and Better Futures Practitioners, support staff working with young people facing complex challenges, and embed trauma-informed approaches in collaboration with TBRI practitioners.

The role includes supporting reporting, quality improvement, and occasional case work, with duties across workforce
