About the role

Due to an increase in production, Telwater currently has Production Labourers, Trades Assistants and Machine Operators roles available across a number of our teams. We are seeking hard working, reliable candidates to work as machine operators, production labourers and trades assistants within in our boat manufacturing/ production factory in Coomera.

These positions will be full time, permanent roles working Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm (40hrs/ week). Hourly rate starts at $32.01/ hour, plus productivity bonuses and monthly bonuses

Desired Skills and Experience

What we are looking for:

- Reliability with great attendance
- Ability to operate machinery, power tools and hand tools
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to learn how to efficiently process components for the manufacture of our large boat products
- Lifting, handling, and folding sheet metal
- Physically fit for manual work
- Full Australian working rights
- Attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work
- Willingness to learn and develop skills within our boat building operations
