About the role

We're seeking an exceptional casual Front of House team member to join our zin food + wine house team. If you're someone who enjoys making memorable guest experiences, provides warm and attentive customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

- Make stand-out experiences for guests and provide warm and attentive customer service

- Confidently share our philosophy, farm story and wine knowledge with guests

- Take initiative and apply logical problem solving

About you

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Positive, confident, skilled, and personable

- Current RSA

- Previous Front of House/Customer Service experience (highly advantageous)

- Weekend and Afternoon/Evening availability is a must
