The Salvation Army is seeking an Initial Assessment & Planning Worker in Geelong, VIC to provide compassionate intake, assessment, information and referral services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop support pathways, and deliver crisis intervention while building robust links with community services. The role is a 12‑month fixed-term full‑time position based in Geelong.
