The Leap
Manage the delivery of commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion. You'll be responsible for project planning, contracts, budgets, procurement, client relationships and overall project performance.
Certificate III in Carpentry and/or Project Management experience
Minimum 2-5 years' experience as Project ManagerHands-on experience delivering Australian commercial construction projectsQBCC Site Supervisor LicenceCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationsValid White Card (Construction Induction)Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance requirementsProactive, solutions-focused approachReliable, organised, and safety-focusedStrong communication skillsLocal candidates preferred, or candidates willing to relocate at their own expense and be based in the Mackay & Whitsunday RegionsAustralian Citizenship required.
