Mercure Perth on Hay is a 127 room full service property located in the heart of Perth CBD. We are seeking a agile Part-Time Guest Service Agent to ensure exceptional service is provided to our guests at all times, making them feel welcome and comfortable.

As a Guest Service Agent you will handle check-in/check-out, assist with reservations and guest accounts, and promote the Accor loyalty program. You will work a 7-day roster including mornings and evenings, contributing to a memorable guest
