What you’ll work on

- Building and scaling our Ruby on Rails platform
- Bringing new features to life across our Designer SaaS and Supplier Portal
- Integrating AI‑driven workflows and ML outputs into elegant product experiences
- Helping shape guardrails so designers and PMs can safely contribute to product changes
- Supporting our expansion into the U.S.



with advanced supplier integrations
- Improving DevEx, infrastructure, reliability, and deployment pipelines (DevOps mindset is a big plus)

- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (full stack)
- Track record of initiative & improving engineering environments
- Comfort using AI tools to improve velocity and quality
- Hybrid availability — 2 days per week in the Cremorne office
