The Group employing nearly 300 people across WA, NT & QLD is experiencing strong growth nationally, driven by long‑term client relationships, operational capability and a commitment to safety and performance.

Our Waterwell division specialises in water bore drilling and well services, operating across local government and Tier 1 mining clients in Australia. Projects range from mine‑site water supply to deep artesian bore drilling.

What You'll Do:

- Attending site breakdowns
- Diagnostic fault finding on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and air systems
- Diagnosis and repair on late model 8 x 8 trucks using computerised diagnostic equipment
- Major repairs and servicing of all drilling and support equipment
- Ensure equipment is maintained safely and timely to minimise cost and increase productivity
- Undertake risk and pre-task assessments & inspections
- Provide technical guidance & field service support to operations personnel
- Effective management of documentation and reporting

What You Bring:

- Proven experience in the same role on site
- Mobile Plant Trade Certificate III
- Working knowledge of compressors and hydraulics
- Being able to plan work and self-manage
- Valid HR Drivers Licence - minimum
- Experience with Water Well / RC / Exploration Drill rigs - highly desired
- Air Conditioning ARC Accreditation - highly desired
- AFFF Ticket - highly desired
- Clean National Police Clearance -within the last 12 months
