Service Advisor – Premium German Specialist, Genuine 4-Day Week

We’re looking for a Service Advisor who knows how to look after people properly.

Limited Automotive is a German specialist workshop based in Wesley Vale, near Devonport. We work with customers who value quality, explicit communication and a higher standard of service.

You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team where everyone takes pride in their work and pulls their weight.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything on day one.

Service Advisor experience would be ideal, but we’re more interested in finding someone who’s confident with customers, takes ownership and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You’ll need:

- Previous customer service experience





- Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone

- The ability to work independently without constant direction

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- Confidence preparing estimates and invoices

- A willingness to learn our systems and the automotive side of the role

- Pride in doing things properly

If you’ve worked as a Service Advisor before, great. If you haven’t but you’ve got the right attitude and customer skills, we’re willing to train you.

What You’ll Do

- Look after customers on behalf of Limited Automotive

- Organise workshop bookings and keep the schedule in order

- Prepare customer estimates

- Create and finalise invoices

- Enter supplier bills into our workshop software

- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process

- Use MechanicDesk and Podium Phones as part of your day-to-day work

- Help make sure the front of the workshop runs as professionally as the work happening out the back
