Meningie Bakery is seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our bakery team in Meningie South Australia. This role is suitable for someone with strong hands-on baking experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy bakery environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare, mix, knead, mould and bake bread, rolls and other bakery products.
- Follow recipes, production schedules and quality standards.
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, proofers and dough machinery.
- Monitor dough quality, baking times and finished product presentation.
- Ensure all products are baked fresh and ready for daily customer demand.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised bakery work area.
- Follow food safety,



hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation and minimising wastage.
- Work cooperatively with bakery and retail staff to support smooth store operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Baker in a retail or commercial bakery environment.
