About the Role:

We are seeking an NDIS and Revenue Officer to join our Finance team. This position supports the effective management and collection of organisational revenue, including NDIS revenue, accounts receivable invoicing, debt recovery and reconciliations. Working closely with frontline staff, participants and stakeholders, you will ensure services are accurately recorded, invoiced and collected in a timely manner.

Duties:

- Process participant Service Agreements and maintain accurate records.
- Manage NDIS invoicing, accounts receivable and revenue collection.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up overdue invoices.
- Reconcile participant and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Process adjustments, credits and other revenue transactions.
- Assist with month-end transactions and reconciliations.
- Support frontline staff with NDIS funding and revenue processes.
- Maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in administration or bookkeeping within a financial setting.
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, revenue collection,



debt recovery and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret NDIS Plans, price guides and Service Agreements.
- Excellent attention to detail and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Desirable:

- Experience working within the not-for-profit, disability or community services sector.
- Knowledge of disability services within an NDIS environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Navision.
- Experience supporting people with disability and/or their carers and family members.
