Mercy Health is hiring a FaPMI CYP worker to support children and young people up to age 25 where a parent has mental illness. The role promotes a whole-of-family approach and works across Mercy Mental Health & Wellbeing Services in Wyndham & Hobsons Bay.
You’ll collaborate with Case Managers and FaPMI Coordinators to deliver practical support, information and peer connections, and assist in building informal and formal support networks within the family context.
