Southern Vale Homes is seeking a Pre-Construction Administrator based at our Head Office in Wodonga to support the pre-construction stage of our home builds. You will act as the main client contact, coordinating with councils, consultants and trades to secure approvals and documentation, while ensuring a seamless transition to construction.

The role requires solid organisation, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
