Tacoma Plumbing (Nth Qld) is locally owned and operated in the Cairns and Townsville regions. We specialize in small and large scale commercial construction as well as commercial maintenance. We are looking for a plumbing apprentice (mature aged also encouraged to apply) with an immediate start available.
About the Role
We are looking for a self motivated and organised person to join our team as a plumbing apprentice role. This role is wide-ranging and requires flexibility in your capacity to cover a range of tasks as no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will:
- Have an eager can-do attitude.
- Have the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Be able to use initiative, be self motivated and able to think outside the box
- Have a willingness to develop skills and knowledge.
- Be able to follow safety practices.
- Punctual and reliable
- Trustworthy and honest
- Mechanical and trade knowledge is an advantage
- MR licence an advantage
- Forklift or other licences an advantage
- Must have drivers licence and own transport
