About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable HC Truck Driver to join our team, reporting directly to the WASS Manufacturing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete daily deliveries in line with company expectations

- Load and secure products safely according to daily load sheets

- Maintain strict adherence to Work Health & Safety policies and procedures

- Represent WA Salt Supply professionally when interacting with customers

- Driving performance through the monitoring of key performance indicators with the objective of improving distribution capability

- Meeting delivery expectations of the Business and its Customers





- Assist in factory operations during off-peak delivery periods and on days that there are no deliveries

About You

- Current HC (Heavy Combination) Driver’s Licence

- Valid Forklift (LF) High Risk Work Licence

- Minimum 2 years truck driving experience

- Solid work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers

- Willingness to undergo and pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
