Complete Group is looking for an experienced Rigger to join our construction team. This is a hands-on role supporting the safe lifting, positioning and installation of structural steel and mobile building components across our projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Rigging mobile buildings and structural steel components

- Carrying out structural steel erection and installation activities

- Rigging, lifting and positioning structural steel using approved lifting equipment and techniques

- Conducting pre-start inspections of rigging equipment and ensuring all lifting gear is fit for purpose

- Working in accordance with approved lift plans, rigging procedures, drawings and project requirements

- Assisting with the safe positioning, alignment and installation of structural steel

- Working closely with crane operators, boilermakers, supervisors and other construction personnel





- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site, quality and project requirements

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 5 years’ rigging experience on large-scale construction projects

- Strong structural steel erection experience

- FIFO and/or major construction project experience is highly regarded

- Strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity

- HRWL - Rigging Advanced OR Intermediate ticket

- HRWL - Elevating Work Platforms (EWP)

- Construction White Card

- Working at Heights

- Drivers Licence
