About the role
As an OSHC Coordinator, you'll lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age
- Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community
- Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry
- Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly
About you
- Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar)
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state
- Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting
- Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates
- A National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months
