Our Patch Education
Adelaide
Our Patch Group runs Outside School Hours Care across 36 services in South Australia, Queensland & Victoria, operating under two brands: Our Patch and School Plus. Braeview Primary School is an Our Patch program, and we are looking for a Service Leader to take the reins: someone who can build a strong educator team, run a compliant, well-organised service, and create the kind of place families trust and children look forward to.
About the role
As Service Leader, you will be the face of the service - to your team, to the school, and to every family who walks through the door. You will:
- Lead, roster and develop a team of educators, supporting their qualifications and practice
- Deliver a rich, play-based program aligned with My Time, Our Place
- Own compliance under the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, including child safety, incident reporting and record keeping
- Manage day-to-day operations: attendance, ratios, bookings, WHS and budgets
- Build genuine relationships with your school partner and your families
- Champion our child secure culture in everything the service does
What we offer
- Above-award pay under the Children's Services Award, reflecting your qualifications and experience
- Genuine career pathways - many of our Area Managers started as Service Leaders
- Paid professional development
- Backing from a national team: dedicated safeguarding, compliance, HR and operations support
- A supportive Area Manager who knows your service and has your back
- Flexible work patterns that work around real life
About us
School Plus and Our Patch are the two brands of Our Patch Group. We are an OSHC provider with a straightforward belief: children deserve programs run by people who are qualified, supported and genuinely glad to be there. We invest in our educators because that is what makes the difference in the room.
