Join a Premium, Patient-Centred Fertility & Women's Health Service
Aevum Bio Clinic is a premium Australian telehealth clinic providing personalised, evidence-based healthcare across fertility, women's health, weight management, metabolic health and preventative medicine.
We are seeking an experienced Australian-registered medical practitioner with demonstrated expertise in women's health and fertility to join our growing multidisciplinary clinical team.
This is an opportunity to provide highly personalised fertility care outside of a high-volume traditional clinic model, with the flexibility of working completely remotely.
Our fertility services have been designed around comprehensive assessment, continuity of care and supporting patients throughout their fertility journey — from initial fertility assessment and preconception optimisation through to specialist referral and support around assisted reproductive treatment where appropriate.
Why Join Aevum Bio Clinic?
- $220–$250 per hour + GST, depending on experience and qualifications
- Guaranteed minimum clinical hours available initially
- Opportunity to progressively increase hours as patient demand grows
- 100% telehealth
- Work remotely from anywhere in Australia
- Flexible independent contractor arrangement
- High-value, longer-form consultations rather than high-volume medicine
- Clinical autonomy within your professional scope
- Opportunity to develop ongoing relationships with fertility patients
- Contemporary digital practice environment
- Administrative and patient coordination support
- Opportunity to contribute to Aevum's fertility clinical pathways and protocols
- Potential to become a key long-term member of the Aevum clinical team
The Role
You will provide telehealth consultations and ongoing clinical management to patients accessing Aevum's fertility and women's health services.
Depending on the patient's individual circumstances and your scope of practice, your work may include:
- Comprehensive fertility and reproductive health assessments
- Detailed medical, reproductive and fertility history
- Preconception assessment and optimisation
- Review of previous fertility investigations and treatment
- Assessment of female and male fertility factors where appropriate
- Review and interpretation of relevant pathology and investigations
- Ovarian reserve and reproductive hormone assessment
- Menstrual cycle and ovulatory assessment
- Identification of potential fertility barriers and risk factors
- Development of individualised fertility management plans
- Evidence-based treatment recommendations
- Medication review and prescribing where clinically appropriate and within scope
- Recommendations for further investigations
- Fertility optimisation and preconception planning
- Discussion of natural conception and timing strategies
- Assessment of when escalation or specialist referral may be appropriate
- IVF and assisted reproductive treatment preparation and support
- Egg freezing and fertility preservation discussions
- Coordination and referral to fertility specialists, reproductive endocrinologists, IVF clinics and other healthcare professionals where required
- Follow-up consultations and ongoing fertility care
- Clinical review of results throughout longer fertility programs
- Secure clinical communication with patients between consultations where appropriate
- Accurate and timely clinical documentation
You will retain independent clinical judgment at all times, including determining whether investigations, treatment, prescribing or referral are clinically appropriate for an individual patient.
Our Fertility Model
Aevum offers several levels of fertility support, allowing patients to access care appropriate to their individual needs.
Services currently include:
Fertility Discovery Consultation
A comprehensive initial fertility consultation exploring medical and reproductive history, fertility goals, previous investigations and relevant fertility factors.
Aevum Fertility Roadmap
A comprehensive fertility assessment and personalised written strategy incorporating relevant investigations, current fertility status, potential barriers, recommendations and appropriate treatment or referral pathways.
Fertility Optimisation Program
A structured three-month program for patients actively preparing for or trying to conceive, providing ongoing clinical review, fertility optimisation and continuity of care.
Premium Concierge Fertility Program
A comprehensive six-month fertility support program providing multiple specialist consultations, detailed investigation reviews, coordinated fertility strategy, ongoing clinical support and referral coordination where required.
Our objective is not to replace IVF clinics or specialist reproductive services when these are clinically required. Instead, we aim to provide patients with high-quality assessment, optimisation, education, coordination and continuity of care throughout their fertility journey.
