An established and growing strata business is looking for an experienced Strata Trust Accountant to join their team in Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for a CPA-qualified accountant with previous strata experience to join a qualified team, take ownership of their portfolio and continue building their career within the strata industry.

About The Role

- Managing internal and external audits for your portfolio
- Overseeing fortnightly debt recovery
- Managing investment accounts and ensuring funds are appropriately maintained
- Completing financial integration for newly onboarded schemes
- Managing strike levies and responding to levy enquiries
- Working closely with strata managers and internal stakeholders to ensure the financial health and compliance of each scheme

What We’re Looking For

- CPA qualification – essential
- 3+ years’ experience in strata trust accounting – essential
- Strong understanding of strata trust accounting and compliance




- Experience across audits, debt recovery and investment accounts
- Excellent attention to detail and financial accuracy
- A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of your portfolio
