Located in the heart of Perth’s CBD, Print Hall is one of Perth’s iconic hospitality venues, bringing together quality food, drinks, atmosphere and exceptional service. We’re looking for experienced Section Waiters to join our team and help deliver memorable guest experiences every service.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver exceptional service – Create genuine connections with guests and ensure every interaction reflects the Print Hall experience.

- Guest experience – Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests and ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of Print Hall.

- Menu knowledge – Develop a strong understanding of our food, beverage and service offerings to confidently guide guests through their experience.

- Order accuracy – Take orders accurately, communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar, and ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly.

- Service standards – Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism and attention to detail throughout every service.

- Upselling – Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations and strong product knowledge.

What We're Looking For





- Availability – Available to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- Communication – Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with a diverse range of guests.

- Experience – Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or premium hospitality environment.

- Hospitality – A genuine passion for food, beverage and exceptional guest experiences.

- Professionalism – A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a professional approach to service.

- RSA – Valid WA RSA certificate required.

- Service knowledge – A strong understanding of service standards, sequence of service and restaurant operations.

- Work ethic – The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
