How you'll make moves

- Build & Develop Your Team: Grow a world-class team, including guiding your Deputy Coaches and Educators. You’ll champion a "people-first" development mindset and create an inclusive workplace where everyone thrives
- Own the Community: Build and roll out a strategic, fun quarterly plan of in-store events and local studio activations that turn customers into lifelong brand advocates.
- Coach & Inspire Daily: Run daily game plans and deliver real-time, constructive feedback that inspires the team to get 1% better every day.
- Be the Product Expert: Master our entire range of fabrics, fits, and styles, ensuring your team has the deep knowledge to perfectly educate our community.
- Lead the Business & Drive the Mission: Own store operations, execute our retail strategy,



and drive your store's performance to consistently hit growth goals.
- Set the Standard: Own the excellence of the store - from premium visual merchandising and flawless open/close routines to keeping the back-of-house organised and accountable.
- Know Your Numbers: Analyse KPIs, track key metrics (AOV, UPT, Conversion), and deliver sharp business reflections with clear action plans for continuous improvement.
