About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Mentor to join our team delivering Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) contract. This is an chance to do meaningful work every day—supporting people to overcome barriers, build confidence and take positive steps towards sustainable employment.
As a Mentor, you’ll work alongside participants to understand their individual goals, strengths and aspirations and provide practical, personalised support throughout their employment journey.
Desire Skills and Experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and advocacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local community services, employers, and support networks
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Understanding of typical barriers faced by unemployed participants returning to the workforce
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to meet and exceed outcome-focused KPIs
- Must pass and have a current Police Check
- Must pass and have a current Working with Children Check and/or Vulnerable Persons Check
- Driver's License required
